Through Paul Mangion you can invest in residential, commercial and/or construction projects with returns starting at 8% for 1st mortgages and up to 14.99% on 2nd mortgages. You can invest individually or with others in a syndicated arrangement.

We take care of everything!

Investors can review various current projects available or be placed on a list to be notified when a new deal is available. We will even work with you to develop a framework with respect to your risk appetite and the types of deals that you are interested in investing in.

We are here to support you!

Once you have determined the types of deals you are interested in investing in, we:

1. Find you the deal

2. Underwrite the deal, thereby mitigating your risk; and

3. Administer the deal and collect your money should an issue present itself.

Of course you will always have the option of passing on a deal and you can be rest assured if we won't place our money in the deal then you will never get the opportunity to invest your money in the deal.
